Our wedding day was fast approaching and we were shopping around for wedding bands. We visited many Jewellery merchants both online and locally, and then we ended up placing an order with another online Jewellery merchant, who had a beautiful webpage, made outlandish claims and sounded great on the phone. When we placed the order they told us not to worry and that the rings would arrive on time. After a few days we were getting nervous because the wedding day was right around the corner and the rings hadn't arrived. They told us they would arrive in 3 business days, but after 4 business days we contacted them and they said the rings were on backorder and would arrive in 2 weeks. We were devastated because our wedding was only ten days away, so we cancelled the order. After speaking to some people for advice on what to do, a trusted business colleague of mine referred me to your establishment and said that he successfully ordered beautiful Jewellery from you many times before and was a loyal customer. My fiancée wanted to buy the rings at a local jeweler to make sure we had them on the wedding day. But I wasn't too excited about paying retail prices for the same rings I could buy online from a reputable company. Unfortunately, we made the wrong choice the first time by ordering with your competitor. We were already uneasy about buying the rings online because of that bad experience. But, on my colleague's personal recommendation, (he is also our longtime best friend), we decided to order the rings from you. I just wanted to write and say thank you for the amazing customer service I received for an order I placed about a month ago, and had delivered this past week. Whenever I had questions they were very quickly answered, and when the answer wasn't immediately known they took the time to look it up and get back to me later that day.
